New Post-Migration Features in AlumniMagnet

Has your website recently been migrated to the current end-of-2011 version of AlumniMagnet? Here is a guide to some of the main new features you now have access to....

There are quite a few new AlumniMagnet features that are available to you now that we have completed your migration. Here is a partial list of the ones that should be most important to you in the near term.

1. First and foremost, you now have access to Support Tracker.

Be sure to watch both of the short training videos in this collection and also read the "Rules of the Road for Support Tracker" one-pager. All Support questions you have from now on should be submitted initially via Support Tracker. We handle almost all Support requests via Support Tracker, although if there is ever the need to do so, we also use phone and email as necessary.

2. Second, you now have access to Magnet.Help

This is a collection of articles and explanatory/training videos that you can search by keyword. It should be your first stop whenever you have a questions about a feature or how to do something. If you can't find the answer here, then the second step is to submit via Support Tracker a request for help.

3. New enewsletter functionality:
