Only people who are in the "Membership Review Board" user group can see

If you go in to Manage Users, edit your own account info, and add yourself to the "Membership Review Board" user group, you'll then be able to see staff.html. If you haven't placed yourself into this user group, though, you'll get a blank page when you try to go to the staff.html page on your site.
