eMail Merge Broadcast
The eMail Merge Broadcast main purpose is to solicit a profile update from your users. Note that this is intended for Enterprise-level users and not all of the functionality used below is available for Chapter-level users.
The sample note below is a standard example of what has been effective in the past. Of course, please feel free to edit your customized version as you wish, but based on the following suggestions:
- Light-blue areas are customizable by you.
- Light-yellow areas are not.
- Please avoid making this sound too "pitchy."
- Keep it simple - the more you write, the more your users are going to have to work. Remember, the objective is to bring folks to update their record.

1. Make sure you typed it correctly (it is NOT case sensitive).
2. Make sure your browser is NOT auto-filling this field.
3. If you think it is possible that we have a different email address for you which forwards to the one at the top of this email, please try it. This is rare, but does happen.
If you get an Error 202:
...it means that you entered the right email, but the wrong password.
1. Make sure you typed it correctly (it IS case sensitive).
2. Make sure your browser is NOT auto-filling this field.
